The service includes meeting scheduling capabilities, calendar views, real-time cost tracking, team management, comprehensive reporting features, and complete data management tools including account deletion.

3. User Responsibilities

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account
• Provide accurate information for meeting scheduling and cost calculations
• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not to misuse or abuse the service
• Ensure scheduled meetings are conducted responsibly and professionally
• Respect the privacy and confidentiality of meeting participants and data
• Use cost threshold and notification features appropriately
• Understand that account deletion is permanent and irreversible
• Take responsibility for backing up any data you wish to retain before account deletion

4. Data Management and Account Deletion

You have complete control over your data and account:

• You may export your data at any time through our reporting features
• You may permanently delete your account and all associated data through your profile settings
• Account deletion is immediate, permanent, and irreversible
• Upon account deletion, all your data including meetings, teams, templates, and reports will be permanently removed
• We cannot recover deleted accounts or data once the deletion process is completed

5. Privacy

Your use of Clock The Cost is also governed by our GDPR Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including your rights regarding data access, modification, and deletion.

6. Limitations of Liability

Clock The Cost is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to issues related to meeting scheduling, cost calculations, data accuracy, or data loss resulting from account deletion. Users are responsible for backing up any data they wish to retain before deleting their account.

7. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service, including scheduling features, calendar functionality, data management tools, or any other aspect of the platform, at any time without notice. However, we will always provide users with the ability to export their data before any service discontinuation.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate.
