The system supports both scheduled meetings with pre-populated data and ad-hoc meetings for immediate cost tracking.

The calendar interface provides a comprehensive view of all your scheduled and completed meetings, with color-coding based on meeting status and cost ranges. When it's time for a scheduled meeting, simply click to start and all participant data will be automatically loaded into the timer.

We prioritize your data privacy and give you complete control over your information. You can export all your data at any time through our comprehensive reporting system. If you decide to stop using our service, you have the ability to permanently delete your entire account and all associated data through your profile settings. This includes all meetings, teams, templates, reports, and any other data you've created. The deletion process is immediate, permanent, and irreversible, ensuring complete data erasure in compliance with privacy regulations.
